Feeding your baby or toddler can be a minefield especially if you choose baby led weaning, it is a challenge to find a large variety of finger food. This Banana and Oat Loaf is a great healthy and sugar-free treat which can add fruit to a toddler who has started to resist eating fruit.
Banana and Oat Loaf
3 mashed bananas (ripe)
1 small Stewed Apple
2 cups oats
1/4 cup almond milk or Coconut milk
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Grease and line a loaf tin and add the mix to the tin.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25- 30 mins minutes to test if it is cooked stick a knitting needle in the centre if it comes out clean the cake is ready.
For an extra touch, you can ice with cream cheese.
