This is a great way to get toddlers to eat more fruit. Or you can also give it to weaning babies. It is so quick and simple to make and tastes amazing.
- 3 frozen very ripe bananas, cut into chunks,
- 1/2 cup raspberries sugared ready to eat
- 250 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 5 ice cubes
- 120 ml fresh orange juice (preferably no sugar added)
- Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and use a hand blender or put in food liquidiser and pulse until smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve right away!
