Raspberry and Banana smoothie

This is a great way to get toddlers to eat more fruit.  Or you can also give it to weaning babies.  It is so quick and simple to make and tastes amazing.

  • 3 frozen very ripe bananas, cut into chunks,
  • 1/2 cup raspberries sugared ready to eat
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 120 ml fresh orange juice (preferably no sugar added)
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and use a hand blender or put in food liquidiser and pulse until smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve right away!
